Wynner’s Academy is a nonprofit empowering youth and young adults with the tools, mindset, and real-world experiences needed to thrive in business, careers, and life. Through summer programs, workshops, mentorship, and career exposure, we help participants build confidence, financial knowledge, and practical skills for long-term success.
We go beyond basic concepts to teach the essential building blocks of true business ownership: Banking, Accounting, Insurance, Legal, and Social Media.
We incubate youth and young adult ideas, leadership, and career aspirations designed to uplift, serve, and reinvest in local communities. Through entrepreneurship, mentorship, and real-world exposure, participants learn how to create lasting impact.

At Wynne'rs Academy, B.A.I.L.S is designed to teach students how businesses operate while introducing them to real career pathways within each area.
Students learn how money flows through a business, including bank accounts, credit, loans, and payment processing, while gaining exposure to careers in banking and financial services.
Students learn how to track income and expenses through bookkeeping, profit and loss, and budgeting, while exploring careers in accounting, finance, and financial analysis.
Students understand how businesses protect themselves from risk through liability, workers compensation, and property coverage, while being introduced to careers in insurance and risk management.
Students learn the legal foundations of business, including LLC formation, contracts, permits, and compliance, while gaining insight into careers in law and regulatory fields.
Students learn how businesses build their brand through content creation, engagement, and digital marketing strategies, while exploring careers in marketing, branding, and content creation.
Through immersive learning, mentorship, and industry exposure, participants gain the confidence and practical skills needed to thrive in careers, business, and life.
We maintain affordable program fees with some full and partial scholarships available, prioritizing underrepresented youth. Students can earn certificates of completion and compete for significant scholarship rewards.
